OKLAHOMA CITY — Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has named several people to his newly created Agriculture Advisory Committee, including Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge and Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin.

Trump announced the creation of the 64-member committee in a news release Tuesday as a way to "strengthen our nation's agriculture industry as well as provide support to our rural communities." It includes current and former elected officials, farmers and officials with agriculture trade groups.

The governors of several other agriculture states were named to the panel, including Govs. Terry Branstad of Iowa, Sam Brownback of Kansas, Jack Dalrymple of North Dakota and Dennis Daugaard of South Dakota.

Well Trump calls women pigs ,so there may be some logic to her being on an agriculture panel, however will the panel be a gun free zone and will Leslie be able to pack her heat at meetings ?

Look for more of these advisory committees in the coming days to show Trumps non-traditional approach to governance. Real change means removing from power establishment politicians and their big money puppet masters. Donald Trump has a very difficult roe to how. May The Force be with him.

Seriously...I'm guessing he's living on lead paint chips and oxygen deprivation.

Does Queenie even have a job? Something tells me he's been suckling at the teat of his vinyl stewardess, and hasn't earned his own way in quite some time.

My issue with Rutledge is she takes so many political positions, but she's essentially the top law enforcement officer in the state. She should stand for fairness and try to represent all Arkansans. Instead, she always protecting the right flank on all sorts of issues, from the environment, abortion, gay marriage, now the fascist Trump. Worst AG by far in my 22 years in Arkansas.

Hey DSF - Nah, you're not being honest. The reason you have issues with Ms. Rutledge is because she's a strong, intelligent, conservative woman.

Hey armnar - Bless your heart, personal attack is pretty much all you can ever offer. Still praying for you, and hoping some day you will find peace in your heart.
