Police have located Stephon Harris, the 20-year-old man wanted in the shooting that killed one person and injured four others in Hot Springs last Thursday.

Harris surrendered to authorities at 9:55 p.m. Wednesday, according to a news release from the Hot Springs Police Department. Investigators had offered a reward earlier that evening of up to $5,000 for information leading to his arrest, Arkansas Online previously reported. Police thanked the community for the tips they received over the past week.

Harris originally faced a capital-murder charge after Tyler Donaldson, 23, died Sunday from injuries he sustained during the shooting, but it was changed to first-degree murder. Harris was also wanted on four counts of first-degree battery.

Police had previously arrested Anthony Camden, 23, the other man they say shot five people, on five counts of first-degree battery, as reported by the Hot Springs Sentinel-Record. One of Camden's charges was also changed to first-degree murder after Donaldson died.

An argument about money between one of the victims, a 17-year-old boy, and Camden led to the shooting, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette previously reported.

The word MAN is loosely used in this article. It should read 20-year-old-MALE. This person is not a MAN!!

Lock him up & throw away the key. That will be a bright spot in future as well as the general public.

You all make me sad. As for Hurrican46, you don't know this YOUNG MAN! Nor do you know his family. It has sadden our whole family by the actions that have developed over the past week. So for you all to judge him before you know what REALLY happened makes me sad. All you see is straight ahead of you. Come out of the box and look around, there is always another story. So please have respect for the FAMILY of all that is involved in this matter. We don't need all these hateful and hurting comments.

CindyHarris72, please clear the air on Stephon Harris. All we see is 5 people got shot and he didn't and he was there and ran and hid. A lot of shooting for a money problem between 2 others, hard to think it was justified.
