Legislation that would limit transgender individuals to using government facilities that correspond to the gender on their birth certificates was filed in the Arkansas Legislature on Monday.

The Arkansas Physical Privacy and Safety Act, by Sen. Linda Collins-Smith, R-Pocahontas, would apply to public facilities, including schools, but would not affect private businesses, according to a news release issued by the representative. It's Senate Bill 774.

Former President Barack Obama had enacted a nationwide policy to allow transgender students at public schools to use the restroom of their choice. President Donald Trump undid that order last week.

Or we could call it,We still let children be abused by adults , which as the evidence shows it is heterosexuals who do the dirty deeds and not to rub it in, but most are believers and not Transgender or Muslim hordes" . Long title and subtle but more accurate.

Next up the witch problem in some counties in Arkansas. After that required admitting by daily recitation of school children that dragons exist since the ancient books say so along with burning bushes once the oil companies pollute the land where they can actually self ignite.

as that b ass sea person says, you cant make this stuff up , our legislature does though.

Is this bill really needed? The data shows less than 1% of the population afflicted by the mental disorder of "trans". When you account for residents of Eureka Springs and college professors, the number in Arkansas is less than .0001%. Let these mentally deranged folks pee where they want; it will be a self-correcting problem. No caring dad, uncle, brother, neighbor or serious person will stand idly by while some 50 year old man dressed like a woman follows a 10 year old girl into the women's restroom. The concerned adult will promptly follow Tina/Tommy Tranny into the area and Tina/tommy will get their feelings hurt. Let them pee where they want, and then let nature (the nature of a concerned adult) take its course.

Arkansas Legislature needs to go back to being part time. Don't have enough substantive work to do.
