Authorities say a man accused of shooting at a vehicle with a child inside has surrendered to Arkansas police officers.
The Blytheville Police Department began searching for Ronshandre Williams after shots were reportedly fired at a vehicle in the the 2200 block of West McHaney Drive around 7 p.m. Sunday.
The child was taken to a hospital for an examination, Blytheville Police Capt. Scott Adams said, but no one was injured in the shooting.
Williams, 21, is charged with committing a terroristic act and endangering the welfare of a minor.
As of Monday afternoon, he was being held at Mississippi County jail, awaiting a Tuesday court appearance.
