Fayetteville

• Michael Leslie, 30, of 3374 E. Huntsville Road was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, shoplifting, fleeing and possession of a controlled substance. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Monday.

• Zachary McKnight, 26, of 2100 N. Leverett Ave. Apt. 6 was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. He was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $9,095.

• Richard Fried, 34, of 59610 E. 251 Road in Grove, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the purpose of delivering, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $4,035 on Monday.

Springdale

• Sandra Perez-Santaella, 35, of 2401 S.W. Nutmeg St. in Bentonville was arrested Sunday in connection with battery. She was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond.

• Justin Kruel, 28, of 1001 Christian Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with promoting prostitution, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a communication device. Police said Kruel had texts on his phone from people negotiating prices for sex from women, according to a preliminary report. Kruel told police two women at his home during his arrest were prostitutes, according to the report. Kruel was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Lester Woodward, 51, of 16566 Harmon Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Monday.
