Where I live: In the heart of Little Rock's urban historic high-rise community.

Occupation: CEO and founder of The KENO Group and a musician

My favorite space is: My window with views of buildings like Bank of America Plaza, Simmons Tower and the Regions Bank Building

Why?: I'm a big believer in setting up my day for success. I had to set up a personal space to allow me to "manage" the energies of my day, and this space allows me to do that. I start my morning or day with listening to snippets on YouTube of T.D. Jakes ranging from my belief system to the power of a changed mind. From there I can sit at my desk looking at the window reflecting on my blessings, meditating on my God-given gifts, and focusing on what's to come. From this space I admire the beauty of nature while reading and listening. I can sit in this space and dream the most awesome things. It's often me and my dog Kray, as he would oftentimes sit under me or with his head on my lap.

If I could make one change to improve this space, I would: From my research, the building was built in 1924 for a printing and lithography company and was sold to a limited partnership in 1999. I like the industrial feel of where I am, but if I could have it my way, I would have an outside deck or patio just for my place rather than a shared patio.
