A North Little Rock man is accused of causing "serious injury" when he struck a man in the head with a metal pipe, according to police reports.
Little Rock police officers arrested Michael Lee Harrington Sr., 59, on charges of felony second-degree battery Thursday after he reportedly wielded the pipe during an argument.
Harrington was transferred to the Pulaski County jail, where he remained Thursday evening with no bail set.
