A North Little Rock woman broke into a police substation and stole six bags of popcorn Thursday, an arrest report said.

An officer was driving near the North Little Rock Police Department's Rose City Substation on East Broadway just after midnight when he saw Tressa Yalonda Weathers, 40, climbing out of the kitchen window, the report said.

The officer arrested Weathers, who said she broke into the police station to get food and had six bags of unpopped popcorn in her arms, according to the report.

Weathers was in the Pulaski County jail in lieu of $5,000 bond as of Tuesday evening facing a charge of commercial burglary, according to the jail's roster.
