Authorities: Shots fired into Little Rock family's home

An unknown gunman fired multiple shots into a Little Rock woman's home late Sunday night while she and her three children were inside, authorities said.

Officers said they were dispatched to the 3500 block of Wynne Street shortly before 11 p.m. after receiving a report that a house had been shot at, according to a Little Rock police report. The victim told authorities she was in her living room watching TV with one of her children when she heard gunfire. The woman reported hearing a car speed off, but was unable to provide any information on the vehicle, authorities said.

The mother's two other children were in a back bedroom during the shooting, the report states. Authorities said nobody in the home was injured during the shooting.

Officers said they noticed four possible bullet holes on the front side of the home, but only found a single shell casing. Glass in the front door was also shattered, police said.

No suspects were named and no arrests had been made at the time of the report.
