Three Days of Rain
University of Central Arkansas theater students will stage Three Days of Rain by Richard Greenberg, 7:30 p.m. today-Friday and March 1-2 and 2 p.m. Saturday and March 3 in the Bridges/Larson Theatre, Snow Fine Arts Building, UCA, 201 Donaghey Ave., Conway. The play spans multiple times and uses the cast in multiple roles to explore the design of a famous Manhattan property during the 1960s and the bequeathal of the property in the mid-'90s. Tenor Michael Fabiano sings the role of impoverished poet Rodolfo, with soprano Sonya Yoncheva as his neighbor and love interest, the consumptive seamstress Mimi, in Franco Zeffirelli's production of Giacomo Puccini's La Boheme at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, on the big screen, 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Breckenridge Village 12 in Little Rock and the Tinseltown in Benton.
