Apartments in Little Rock and NLR are occupied by many unwed (SINGLE) mothers with numerous kids. They receive free housing along with many other freebies. The more kids, the more money. And mostly are of a certain race other than white. Take away the freebie stuff and force then to get off their lazy azz. Benefits for no more than 2 kids and limit the time they can draw the assistance to several weeks only.
