A Little Rock man walking down Chenal Parkway on Saturday held his fingers up like a gun and said "bang bang" to several people -- including two officers, police said.
Officers observed Jonathan DeJesus Ojeda harassing people on the street, according to police reports. While officers tried to make contact, Ojeda "shot" them with his finger gun, police said. Officers said Ojeda told them he was going to get their badge numbers and sue them.
Ojeda was arrested and charged with attempting to influence a public servant and harassment. Ojeda was in the Pulaski County jail with no bail set as of Sunday evening.
