A Little Rock man is accused of raping an 11-year-old girl and an 8-year-old girl on multiple occasions.
Allen Ray Anderson Jr., 36, was arrested Thursday on two charges of felony rape after officers said he participated in "deviate sexual activity." Officers arrested Anderson at his residence on Rolling Lane. As of Tuesday evening, Anderson was still in the Pulaski County jail with no bail set.
