Two Sisters Cafe and Catering was clearly the crowd favorite -- winning top honors at Taste of the Rock on May 17. The cafe was selected first in two categories: Best Taste and Best Booth. Partygoers had a chance to taste a variety of samples from crawdads to cupcakes at the event in the River Market Pavilions.
Hosted by the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce, the event was a chance to showcase member restaurants, caterers and distributors. D.J. Jellybean entertained as guests sampled the food and drink offerings from about 30 vendors and voted for their favorites. Star of India and Cafe 201 received first and second runner-up for Best Taste, and Las Palmas III and Flying Fish received first and second runner-up for Best Booth.
Taste of the Rock is one of the chamber's largest events each year. It was presented by McLarty Automotive Group.
