White County Iris Society Meeting
SEARCY — The White County Iris Society will meet at 2 p.m. at the home of Paul Love, 605 E. Race Ave. Mark Ship of Malvern, regional vice president of Region 22, will give basic gardening tips for use in the cultivation of iris and other varieties of flowers. Nuncrackers: The Nunsense Christmas Musical

Delta Symphony Orchestra Concert
BATESVILLE — The Delta Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Neale Bartee, will present a concert of classical music at 3 p.m. at Sloan Auditorium in Brown Chapel at Lyon College. The concert will include Albinoni’s Concerto for Two Oboes and Strings, featuring Dan Ross and Katie Bowden, soloists. There will be a pre-concert talk at 2:15 p.m. in the Bevens Music Room, adjoining the auditorium. Admission is free, and donations are welcome.

C.S. Lewis Discussion
SEARCY — The Harding University American Studies Institute will feature noted C.S. Lewis scholar Devin Brown and a discussion with Douglas Gresham, the stepson of C.S. Lewis, at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Benson Auditorium, in conjunction with this year’s Harding Read, Mere Christianity, as part of the C.S. Lewis Festival, set for Monday through Saturday. AARP Drive Smart Course
SEARCY — PrimeTimes of Unity Health will host an AARP Drive Smart Course from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Hubach Conference Center. Participants need to park behind the hospital off Moore Street and use the elevator to go to the first floor. The instructors are Jerry and Bertie Yates. Holiday Bazaar
CHEROKEE VILLAGE — The United Methodist Women of Cherokee Village United Methodist Church will have their annual Holiday Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the church, at the corner of Keno and Otter Drive. The bazaar will feature baked goods and candies, Christmas decor, craft items, personalized Christmas ornaments and a silent auction. Coffee will be available from 9-10 a.m., and a soup lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Everyone is invited. Proceeds from the bazaar will support local mission ministries.

Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Sweater Drive
The Arkansas Educational Television Network and libraries across the state, including three in the Three Rivers Edition coverage area, have partnered to sponsor the Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Sweater Drive as a tribute to Fred Rogers and his example of being a caring neighbor. The drive will be held through Nov. 30. People are asked to donate new or gently worn sweaters at the Cabot Public Library, the Carlisle Public Library or the Marjorie Walker McCrary Public Library in Lonoke. Local charities and The Salvation Army of Arkansas will distribute sweaters collected in the drive.
New Museum Hours
BROCKWELL — The Museum of Imagination, 25 Chapel Road, announces new open hours: 1:30-4:30 p.m. every Sunday or by appointment. This museum of natural science showcases displays of plants, seeds, nuts and fibers, woods, woodcarvings and jewels, flora and fauna, rocks, minerals and fossils. The museum also features interactive displays, a fluorescent display and a lending library on natural sciences. Flag Display and Dedication
HEBER SPRINGS — The American Legion and the Cleburne County Rotary have placed more than 8,100 American flags around the Cleburne County Courthouse to honor Arkansas soldiers, Arkansas Medal of Honor recipients and first responders who have given their lives in the field, beginning with World War I. The display will be up until Nov. 11, when the American Legion and Rotary will dedicate the flags at 3 p.m.

Feed the Veterans
CABOT — The Feed the Veterans food pantry, 214 Rainbow Drive, is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. the third Saturday of each month. The pantry, which lets veterans shop for the items and amounts they need, serves military veterans, their spouses and children younger than 18. Retirees, guardsmen and reservists are welcome. The only requirement is proof of military service — a DD-214 or a Veterans Affairs Health Care card or military ID.
