• Zachary S. Prather, 33, of 14045 Wallin Mountain Road in West Fork was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of unlawful to perform body art on person under 18 in an unlicensed facility. Prather was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Newlly Beacon Ryan, 24, of 506 Birmingham S.W. in Gravette was arrested Friday in connection with terroristic threatening. Ryan was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Chistopher Micheal Henry, 45, of 1405 Luke St. in Pea Ridge was arrested Friday in connection with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Henry was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

• John Andrew Bokolas, 18, of 18 Longleat Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with theft of property. Bokolas was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Felipe Nava, 20, of Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault and terroristic act. Nava was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $690 bond.

• Miguel Vicente-Gonzalez, 18, of Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drugs with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Vicente-Gonzalez was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Sulphur Springs

• Cecil Hobert Smith III, 36, of 100 Eighth Ave. N.W. in Gravette was arrested Thursday in connection with felony fleeing, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Austin Sieber, 30, of Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and terroristic threatening. Sieber was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
