Two Arkansas men died after the ATV they were on overturned Wednesday night, state police said.
It happened shortly after 7 p.m. on North Railroad Avenue in Rudy.
According to a preliminary report, 63-year-old Max Davis of Mountainburg was driving the 2017 Polaris southeast when the vehicle traveled off the road and overturned.
Davis and another man on the ATV, 81-year-old Everett Jackson of Fort Smith, suffered fatal injuries. The report did not state what caused the Polaris to leave the road.
Authorities said the road and the weather were clear at the time.
