Wedding vows were exchanged by Jessica Ruby Williams and Andre Henri Bernard II at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, in First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Stephen Moody officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Susan and Dr. Alonzo Williams of Little Rock. She is the granddaughter of Donnie and Walter Holley of Little Rock and the late Elissa and John Williams.

Parents of the groom are Miriam Bernard and Andre Bernard, both of Little Rock. His grandparents are Edna Robinson of Little Rock, Joyce and Bill Eubanks of Maumelle, Bessie Bernard of Memphis and the late Alfred Bernard.

Four large all-white arrangements of hydrangeas, roses, orchids, calla lilies and gladiolus decorated the altar. Music was by vocalist Darius Nelson; harpist Frances Cobb; pianist Rod Cummings; organist John Churchwell; Tidwell Project Dancers; and soloists Vesta Blanks and Zetoria Curry.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an off-the-shoulder crepe mermaid-style gown with a beaded bodice. She carried a white cascade of hydrangeas and phalaenopsis orchids.

Serving as the bride's honor attendants were Sherra Armstrong of Chicago, sister of the bride, and Ashley Anderson of Little Rock. Bridesmaids were Micah Bernard, sister of the groom, and Shari Noel, both of Dallas; Takiya Jefferson of Boston; and Heiroshny Dison and Holley Patton, cousin of the bride, both of Little Rock. They wore gowns of plum tulle and carried bouquets of hydrangeas, roses, calla lilies, tulips and phalaenopsis orchids.

Flower girls were Ahmani Jefferson and Jordan Shavers, niece of the bride, and ring bearers were Andre Bernard III, son of the groom, and Carter Rapley, son of the bride, all of Little Rock.

Best man was Geremy Scott of Vallejo, Calif. Groomsmen were Stephen Bender of Arlington, Texas; and Leon Nesmith, Billy Cordell Piggee, Marcus Warren, Philip White and Antoine Bernard, cousin of the groom, all of Little Rock.

Guests were seated by Adrian Bernard, cousin of the groom, and Jasper Donald, cousin of the bride, both of Little Rock; and Zachary Holland of Waco, Texas.

A reception at the Clinton Presidential Center followed the ceremony. Suspended in the center of the Great Hall was a three-tiered installation of wedding flowers. Guest tables held glass vases filled with orchids, roses, hydrangeas and tulips and long tables were centered with floral garlands. Music was by DJ Nick Hud.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in interior design from Georgia State University and is chief executive officer and designer at J. Ruby Interiors Inc.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in health care administration and a master's degree in public health from Jackson State University, Jackson, Miss. He is an asset manager at BSR REIT.

The couple will live in Little Rock after a wedding trip to Mexico.
