Police: Woman menaced, choked after refusing to have sex with Little Rock man

A Little Rock man pointed a gun at a woman and choked her Thursday after she refused to have sex with him, according to an arrest report.

A North Little Rock woman told officers she escaped from the home of Justin D. Mays, 23, Thursday after he threatened her with a gun and choked her when she said she wouldn't have sex with him, according to the report for Mays' arrest.

Officers arrested Mays on charges of aggravated assault and two possession-of-controlled-substance charges for drugs found on his person when he was taken into custody, according to the report. Mays was in the Pulaski County jail as of Thursday evening with no bail set.
