Patching the deck of the U.S. 64 bridge over the Arkansas River in Fort Smith will require lane closings for about two weeks, the Arkansas Department of Transportation said.
Crews will put alternating lane closures in place on the bridge from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily Monday through Thursday until the work is complete, which is expected to take three weeks, weather permitting. Signs and traffic barrels will control traffic.
