A Little Rock man claimed more than $30,000 in lottery prizes Tuesday, marking the third and fourth time in two years he has won jackpots worth tens of thousands of dollars, lottery officials said.

Rao Felder won $29,532 off a $5 ticket in the Arkansas Progressive Fast Play game. He also won another $1,000 off a $10 scratch-off ticket in the $250,000 Riches game, according to a news release from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

Both were purchased at the Broadway Food Mart at 1624 Broadway St. in Little Rock.

“I guess I am [lucky]," Felder said in a statement. "I play the lottery about three times a week at three of my favorite places, and I seem to win a lot.”

Last year, he won $21,000 playing Progressive Fast Play and another $50,000 off a scratch-off ticket, lottery officials said.

His success has been featured on billboard, television commercials and digital ads as part of the lottery's promotional campaign.

Felder said in the release that he plans to spoil his family with his latest winnings.
