ARKADELPHIA -- Benton (1-1) jumped out to a three-touchdown lead in the first quarter against Arkadelphia (0-2) and never looked back.
Senior Colen Morrow delivered three touchdown passes for the Panthers. Senior Garrett Body caught the first for 41 yards, and senior Michael Allison had the other two (29, 37).
Senior Zak Wallace scored three rushing touchdowns (10, 2, 1) for the Panthers. Junior Alan Vargas was 6-for-7 on extra-point kicks.
Junior Gavin Wells ran 40 yards for the game's first score and completed a two-point conversion following a second-quarter touchdown.
Senior Kyvin Carroll returned a fumble 45 yards for a touchdown for Benton's first touchdown of the second half.
