Nicole McKenzie Soulsby - Bradley Phillip Gore

Trinity Episcopal Cathedral was the setting at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, for the marriage of Nicole McKenzie Soulsby and Bradley Phillip Gore. The Rev. Canon J. Russell Snapp officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Carol Evelyn Soulsby of Maumelle and Michael Edward Soulsby Jr. of Little Rock. Her grandparents are Evelyn and the late Donald Wilbern of North Little Rock, the late Patricia Joseph of Lonoke and the late Dr. Michael Edward Soulsby of Maumelle.

Parents of the groom are Dawn Ann Gore and Alan Frederic Gore, both of Overland Park, Kan. He is the grandson of William Cynor Daily of Niceville, Fla.; the late Carey Ann Lindon of Branson; the late Truman Lyle Gore of Loveland, Colo.; and the late Barbara Bertha Gore of Long Grove, Ill.

The altar held an arrangement of white hydrangeas, roses, waxflowers, bells of Ireland and hypernicum. Music was by organist Jason Pennington-Saugey.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore an A-line silk gown embellished with lace. She carried a white bouquet of hydrangeas, garden roses, stock, waxflowers and ranunculus.

Maid of honor was Alexis Whitley of Brooklyn, New York, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Morgan Hilger of Louisville, Ky.; Molly Rosenthal of Little Rock; Miranda Lamb of Decatur, Ga.; Schyler Winston of Nashville, Tenn.; Haley Hope of McKinney, Texas; Lisa Ciabocchi of Round Top, Texas; Rebecca Hall of West Memphis; Maggie Gore of Tulsa; and Whitney Adams of Overland Park, both sisters of the groom; and Mallory Molony of Charleston, S.C. They wore black chiffon off-the-shoulder gowns and carried bouquets of hydrangeas, roses, stock and ranunculus.

Flower girl and ring bearers were Emma Baker of Sherwood and Cayden Adams and Hudson Adams of Overland Park, nephews of the groom.

Best man was Payton Gore of Overland Park, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Nick Cousin of Seattle; Jared Fuller of College Station, Texas; Chris Wahrman and Spencer Mobley, both of Kansas City, Mo.; Tom McMahon, J.B. Maus and Collin Soulsby, brother of the bride, all of Little Rock; Graham Reaves of Atlanta; Zach Musgraves of Rogers; and Kyle Goebel of Overland Park.

Guests were seated by Brett Whitley of Little Rock, cousin of the bride; Jack Panyard of Athens, Ga.; and Marshall Jones of Fayetteville.

After the ceremony, there was a reception at the Junior League of Little Rock Building. Posts at the bottom of the stairs leading to the ballroom held a pair of arrangements filled with hydrangeas, roses, tulips and snapdragons. Guest tables held arrangements of wedding flower in various sizes.

The bride graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in biology and graduated summa cum laude and with a law degree from Charleston School of Law. She is a student in the Taxation L.L.M program at Georgetown University.

The groom is a graduate of UA with a bachelor's degree in journalism. He is a producer with Turner Sports.

The couple will live in Atlanta after a honeymoon in Tahiti.
