John Oates, Claude Bourbon in concert this week

John Oates with The Good Road Band will perform at 7 p.m. Friday at the Finish Line Theater at Oaklawn Racing & Gaming in Hot Springs. Tickets are $40 or $55.

Oates, who released a solo album, Arkansas, in 2017, is best known as half of the duo Hall & Oates.

Claude Bourbon will perform a Little Rock Folk Club show at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Hibernia Irish Tavern in Little Rock. Admission is $15, $10 for military (with ID), $8 for students (with ID) and free for accompanied children age 12 and younger.

Bourbon, who was born in France and grew up in Switzerland, is now based in the United Kingdom. He plays acoustic guitar and his style is a blend of Spanish, blues, jazz, classical and gypsy music. His influences include J.S. Bach, J.J. Cale, Paco De Lucia and Ritchie Blackmore of Deep Purple.

Malcolm Holcombe, will perform at 8:30 p.m. today at the White Water Tavern in Little Rock. Admission is $10.

Holcombe, a singer-songwriter-guitarist from North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, is touring to promote his latest album, Come Hell or High Water, which includes contributions from other notable singer-songwriters, Greg Brown and his Arkansas-born wife, Iris DeMent.

Jared Tyler will open the show and accompany Holcombe.

Randall Shreve will portray Mercury, the lead singer of Queen, who died in 1991. Queen was known for its hits "Bohemian Rhapsody," "We Will Rock You," "Another One Bites the Dust," "We Are the Champions" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love."

Guy, 81, is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame who has won seven Grammy Awards, a 2015 Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award and 37 Blues Music Awards. Rolling Stone magazine ranks him No. 23 on its "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time" list.

Quinn Sullivan will open the show.
