Robber threatens to shoot Little Rock adult-video store employee, dog during holdup, police say

A robber threatened to shoot a man and his dog during a holdup of an adult-video store Tuesday night, according to a police report.

A black male with short and curly black hair, brown eyes and a full mustache walked into Cruisers Boutique, 2923 W. 65th St., around 9:20 p.m. and demanded money, authorities said, The robber’s hand was in his pocket, as if he were holding a gun, the 53-year-old store clerk told officers.

When the employee said that he had a dog behind the counter, the robber replied that he would shoot the man and the animal, the report from the city's Police Department states

Police said the robber, who stood about 5 feet 6 inches tall and wore a red hoodie, took the money and fled south on Murray Street in a gray GMC or Chevrolet pickup.

No suspects were named, and no arrests had been made at the time of the report.
