Arkansan accused in video voyeurism case pleads guilty

A Northeast Arkansas man accused in a video voyeurism case pleaded guilty Monday, court records show.

Cuauhtemoc Nunez, 40, of Jonesboro received a year of probation after he pleaded guilty to attempted crime of video voyeurism, a sentencing order states. He originally faced charge of video voyeurism, a felony.

In 2015, Nunez's then-wife and another individual told officers they found videos on his cellphone of them and others using the bathroom.

One of the women said she found multiple photographs and videos had been posted on a porn website, an affidavit states. Officers noted it was clear from the footage they saw that the cameras were hidden.

Documents show Nunez must also may $670 in court costs, fees and fines.
