Peyton Elisse Brazear - Chase Lowry Barnes

Peyton Elisse Brazear and Chase Lowry Barnes were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 30, in Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jay Clark officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Shara Dawn Brazear of North Little Rock and Gary Brooks Brazear of Sherwood. Her grandparents are Sandra and Thurman Booth of Sherwood and Jo and Gary Brazear of North Little Rock.

Tanya and Dr. C. Lowry Barnes of Little Rock are the parents of the groom. He is the grandson of Sue Phillips and the late Bill Phillips, both of Jonesboro, and the late Reese and Charles Barnes.

The altar was centered with an arrangement of coral peonies, hot pink gladioli, peach and hot pink roses, white hydrangeas and yellow snapdragons, tulips and freesia. Music was by organist Stanley Cox.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless chapel-length gown of silk-faille. She carried a bouquet of coral peonies, pink ranunculus, yellow freesia and peach roses.

Briley Brazear of Sherwood was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Chloe Cox and Katie Brazear of Sherwood; Gabrielle Schryver and Lindsey Abels of Little Rock; Sally Barnes of Fayetteville and Emily Barnes McCarty of Little Rock, sisters of the groom; Hayley Raymick of Pine Bluff; Hannah London of North Little Rock; Scarlett Warren of Dallas; Caitlyn Vanicor of Church Point, La.; and Jessica Bartlett of Maumelle. They wore sleeveless gray-taupe gowns and carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet. Flower girl and ring bearer were Emma Reese McCarty of Little Rock, niece of the groom, and Rhett Brazear of Sherwood, nephew of the bride.

The father of the groom served as best man. Groomsmen were Jesse P. Walt III of Altheimer; EP Cooper of Phoenix; Chase Foster and Ross Dunn, both of Fayetteville; Michael Hemme, Andrew McCarty and Mark Lambert, all of Little Rock; Shea Sanford of Dallas; Blake Purnell of Hot Springs; Forbes Harris of Memphis; and Bennett Gardner of Stuttgart. Guests were seated by Willis Brazear of Sherwood, cousin of the bride; Benjamin English of Bentonville, Ryan Moody of Jacksonville; and Jett Moore of Fayetteville.

A reception was held at the William J. Clinton Presidential Center. Large round tables held tall white vases filled with peonies, roses, hydrangeas and tulips. Smaller arrangements of wedding flowers in clear vases decorated long rectangular tables. Music was by Party Planet Band of Memphis.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Arkansas Tech University at Russellville and is working toward a master's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is an acute care sales representative at Medline Industries, Inc.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in agriculture business from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and is a project engineer at VCC Construction.

The couple will make their home in Little Rock after a honeymoon in Barbados.
