The MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History in MacArthur Park, 503 E. Chalk deadline
Sept. 13 — by 11:59 p.m. — is the deadline for school, family, church and community groups to register for the chance to cover the sidewalks of the Clinton Presidential Center, 1200 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock, in chalk art during this year's Thea Paves the Way, 8 a.m.-noon Sept. 21.
