Boys

Charleston 63, Oden 28

Brandon Scott had 18 points to lead Charleston to a win over Oden.

Brayden Ross added 12 for the Tigers (2-0).

Omaha 67, Eureka Springs 31

Omaha held Eureka Springs to nine points in the second half, and the host Eagles ran away with a win at the Bev Stone Border Classic.

Austin Isbell had 23 points for Omaha, which led 34-22 at halftime and went on a 20-5 run in the third quarter.

Cade Anderson added 13 and William Deckelman 10 for the Eagles. Matthew Lester led Eureka Springs with 13.

Yellville-Summit 50, Alpena 41

Yellville-Summit outscored Alpena 30-20 in the second half as the Leopards suffered a nonconference loss at home.

Trevor Woodworth led Alpena (3-5) with 14 points, while Nicholas Stone added 10.

Greenbrier 67, Clarksville 62 (2 OTs)

The Panthers rallied from a 12-point halftime deficit but fell in double overtime.

Garrett Waddill and Cole Clark led Clarksville with 18 points each, while Cameron Patterson chipped in 11 points and eight assists. John Case also added nine points and eight assists.

Elkins 69, Shiloh Christian 63

Paxton Barnett poured in a game-high 32 points to lead the Elks to a nonconference win Tuesday night.

Seth Rosenfeld led Shiloh Christian (1-1) with 29 points.

Valley Springs 52, Bergman 51

Isaac Ragland scored 15 of his game-high 24 points in the fourth quarter as the Tigers opened 3A-1 East Conference play with a one-point win Tuesday night.

Valley Springs (12-1, 1-0) trailed 30-21 at halftime, but outscored Bergman (10-2, 0-1) 31-21 over the final two quarters.

Asher Fultz led Bergman with 14 points. Elijah Royce added 12 points and 12 rebounds and Shelton Welsh scored 11 for the Panthers.

Girls

Haas Hall Rogers 48, Fayetteville Christian 43

Rachael Keese hit a free throw and a layup in the final 20 seconds to help the Lady Danes hold on for the win.

Haas Hall Rogers (4-1) led 27-17 at halftime and by nine in the fourth quarter before Fayetteville Christian cut the deficit to two. But Keese sealed the win.

Eden Stobaugh led the Lady Danes with 15 points, while Erin Williams added 12 and Keese 11.

Lead Hill 41, Jasper 38

Kelsey Rogers and Lily Norman had 14 points apiece as Lead Hill edged Jasper.

Jasper (8-3) led 22-20 at halftime, but Lead Hill (9-2) bounced back for a 32-30 cushion and held on as Jasper missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer.

Freshman Aubrey Henderson had 10 points for Jasper.

Gentry 52, West Fork 41

Gentry outscored West Fork 14-3 in the third quarter as the Lady Pioneers pulled away for a nonconference victory.

Ariel Nix had 21 points for Gentry, whose outburst turned a 26-24 halftime lead to a 40-27 cushion. Hannah Johnson had 16 points for West Fork, followed by Lilly Hauser with 12 and Savannah White with 10.

Flippin 55, Kingston 46

Kingston failed to make a 37-21 halftime lead hold as Flippin rallied for a victory at the Bev Stone Border Classic in Omaha.

Flippin went on a 17-4 run in the third quarter and pulled within 41-38, then outscored Kingston 17-5 over the final 8 minutes.

Mellia Johnson led Kingston with 22 points, followed by Hannah Johnson with 13.

Greenbrier 56, Clarksville 49

Greenbrier outscored the Lady Panthers in the final eight minutes in a nonconference win Tuesday night.

Emmaline Rieder scored 18 points for Clarksville. Abby Domerese added 16 and Autumn Miller finished with 12 points.

Harrison 52, Batesville Southside 48

Harrison had to hold off a fourth-quarter comeback in order to defeat Batesville Southside in nonconference play.

Marian Groberg had 15 points for the Lady Goblins (2-1), who led 33-19 at halftime and 45-30 after three quarters, while Caroline Cecil added 14. Reese Garner led Southside (3-1) with 25 points.
