THE SKINNY: Mini Babybel cheese, with its crinkly little cellophane wrapper and fun colored wax encasement, is almost too cute to eat.
Almost. The soft cheese, described as "a French version of Dutch Edam," is pretty (E)dam tasty.
And now it comes in more packaging and with crackers. Mini Babybel Cheese & Crackers, sold in boxes of three convenience packs, feature a mini wheel of cheese and crackers in three flavors: Light (with tiny Triscuit-like crackers) and — with 10 to 20 more calories per pack — Original and White Cheddar (both with tiny Ritz-like crackers).
While on the Babybel site, we noticed an even cuter new product to keep an eye out for: spiralized Babybel Mini Rolls.
