HUNTSVILLE 61, BERRYVILLE 54 (OT)

The Eagles locked down the 4A-1 East Division championship with an overtime win on the road against Berryville on Friday night. Sean McCone scored a game-high 25 points to lead the Eagles, and added 12 rebounds for a double-double. Clint Eaton scored 14 for Huntsville and Beau Welchel added 11. Zach Webb led the way for the Bobcats with 19 points and Landon Chester scored 11.

HAAS HALL-FAYETTEVILLE 72, OARK 60

The Mastiffs closed the regular season with a double-digit win against Oark as three players scored in double-figures. Parker Owen led Haas Hall (4-13, 3-7) with 20 points and Thomas Leonard scored 19. Jackson Wisdom added 12 for the Mastiffs. Dawson Boen scored a game-high 33 points for Oark (3-27, 0-12).

CLARKSVILLE 55, HEBER SPRINGS 46

The Panthers pulled away in the fourth quarter to claim a 4A-4 Conference win Friday evening. Clarksville (8-18, 5-9 4A-4) led only 30-29 after three quarters but outscored Heber Springs 25-17 in the fourth quarter.

Bob Hurley led the Panthers with 15 points, while Cole Clark added 14. Trace Thomas added eight points and eight assists.

OMAHA 66, KINGSTON 62

Omaha had to hold off a fourth-quarter comeback attempt as the Eagles closed out the regular season with a nonconference victory over host Kingston. Omaha (15-15) led 37-32 at halftime and 53-46 after three quarters. Austin Isbell had 20 points to lead Omaha, which will be the No. 4 seed in next week’s 1A-2 Conference tournament at Izard County, while Trey Stone added 13 and Dillon Gant had 11. Gunnar Davis had 17 points to lead four Kingston players in double figures, followed by Avery Weaver and Sam Parker with 11 apiece and Daylin Davidson with 10.

WESTERN GROVE 57, FLIPPIN 45

The Warriors pulled away in the second half to claim the nonconference win. Western Grove (25-8) led only 27-20 at halftime but pushed its lead to 44-28 after three quarters. Hunter Baker led all scorers with 27 for the Warriors, while Carsen Parker added 12.

JASPER 56, NORFORK 45

Chance Pruitt had nine of his 15 points in the fourth quarter as Jasper outscored Norfork 24-14 and pulled away for the non-conference victory in Norfork. Jasper (26-9) led 24-23 at halftime and 32-31 through three quarters before the Pirates pulled away over the final 8 minutes. Jackson Clark added 12 points and Johnathan Schweitzer 10 for Jasper, which has the No. 2 seed in the 1A-1 Conference Tournament on the Pirates’ home floor.

BERGMAN 64, ATKINS 46

Elijah Royce had another double-double with 19 points and 15 rebounds as Bergman overcame a slow start and defeated Atkins in nonconference action. The Panthers (27-6) trailed 15-8 after one quarter but rallied for a 28-26 halftime lead. Bergman then outscored Atkins 14-4 in the third quarter to pull away. Chris Carico added 12 points for Bergman, which is seeded third in the 3A-1 East Conference tournament at Clinton.

GIRLS

CLARKSVILLE 49, HEBER SPRINGS 37

Clarksville outscored Heber Springs 20-7 in the third quarter to break a 19-19 halftime tie and close out the regular season with a 4A-4 Conference victory at home.

KK Phillips had 13 points and Zoie Harvey 12 for the Lady Panthers (20-7, 9-3), who finished tied for second in the league standings. Clarksville, however, has the tiebreaker advantage and will take the No. 2 seed into the conference tournament, which means Monday in Ozark.

NORFORK 59, JASPER 58

Jasper cut a 49-41 deficit to one on two different occasions in the final minute but missed a crucial free throw as Norfork escaped with a nonconference victory.

Taylor Davidson had 17 points to lead the Lady Pirates (22-9), who will take the No. 2 seed in the 1A-1 Conference tournament. That begins Monday on Jasper’s home floor.
