The North Little Rock woman who killed a car-detail shop customer who had tried to stop her from robbing the Little Rock shop owner was formally sentenced to 60 years in prison on Tuesday.

Alundra Hampton, 26, pleaded guilty in June to second-degree murder, reduced from capital murder, and first-degree battery for shooting Mitchell Hines and 47-year-old married father of one Harvel Todd Sieber during a November 2016 holdup at Hines’ detail shop on East Capitol Avenue in Little Rock.

Hines was shot in the leg but Sieber, who’d pulled his own gun to rescue Hines, was killed. Hampton's sentencing before Circuit Judge Barry Sims had been delayed until her co-defendants' cases were resolved because a condition of her plea agreement was that she cooperate with prosecutors.

Last month, the man who provided the gun Hampton used, Taelon Babydoll Johnson of Little Rock, accepted a 50-year prison sentence for aggravated robbery, first-degree battery and second-degree murder, reduced from capital murder.

Prosecutors said Johnson, 23, had gone into the detail shop earlier looking around and was with Hampton and the third defendant, Corey Williams Jr., when they went to the shop to rob it.

Williams, 21, of Little Rock pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, aggravated robbery and first-degree battery last August in exchange for a 55-year sentence.

Williams was the one who came up with the idea to rob Hines, according to authorities. Hines had befriended Williams after the younger man had run afoul of the law and given Williams a job, but eventually had to fire Williams. Williams harbored a grudge and claimed that Hines still owed him money, police said.

Saw Alundra on the news apologizing to Mrs. Sieber as she was being led into the courtroom. She (Alundra) has been packing on the pounds with the jailhouse carbs.
