Dr. Pamela M. Simmons and Jacob Wilkerson are engaged to marry on April 13 at Alda's Magnolia Hill.
She is the daughter of Rita and Carl Simmons Jr. of Holts Summit, Mo., and the granddaughter of Dorothy and the late Gerald Yarnell of Versailles, Mo., and the late Ida and Carl Simmons. She is a graduate of Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and has a medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she is a Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellow.
He is the son of Jenny and Michael Badley and Regina and Eric Wilkerson, all of Hensley. His grandparents are Rita and the late Bob Roberts of Hensley and the late Louise and Eugene Wilkerson. He is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in teaching. He is a history teacher and assistant girls basketball coach at eStem Junior High.
