1 Purse $29,000, 6 furlongs, fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up, claiming $12,500

**DRIP BREW opened up an early lead and maintained it clearly to the wire while defeating $6,250 claimers. She was claimed by a hot stable and is again the one to catch. GENITHELAMBORGHINI made a steady gain when finishing fourth behind the top selection, and she was racing competitively at a higher level last fall at Remington. CAN'T TOUCH ME rallied to fourth in a race she likely needed, and she has a good record racing over a fast track.

2 Purse $32,000, 6 furlongs, 4-year-olds and up, starter allowance

***BIG GUY IAN has finished no worse than second in six consecutive races. The exceptionally quick gelding is taking a slight drop and switches to the leading rider. GOOGLEADO has led from start to finish in four consecutive races, and he does have the ability to win from slightly off the pace if necessary. PAT DADDY dominated $10,000 claimers in his first race for trainer Norman McKnight, and the pace may be rapid enough to set up another strong, late run.

3 Purse $50,000, 6 furlongs, fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up, starter allowance

**SKAMANIA finished second behind a well-bet winner in her return from an extended vacation. She has recorded two swift subsequent workouts and keeps leading rider Ricardo Santana. LOVELY FLASH is taking a slight drop after finishing second as a post-time favorite, and she possesses early speed and may make amends. SEEDS OF TIME easily defeated $30K conditioned-claimers around two turns, and she is cutting back to a sprint in her first start for new and winning trainer Wayne Catalano.

4 Purse $37,000, 6 furlongs, 3-year-olds who have never won two races, claiming $30,000

**FAIR SHOT followed a determined maiden victory with a third-place finish at Fair Grounds. He appears to be the speed of the race and local works are encouraging. NACOGDOCHES defeated maiden allowance rivals in his career debut at Remington. He is dropping in class and adding blinkers after a dull two-turn race. HONDURAS has earned competitive Beyer figures in a pair of second-place finishes, and his speed puts him in a perfect position to win turning into the stretch.

5 Purse $24,500, 6 furlongs, fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up, Arkansas-bred, maiden claiming $12,500

**DADDY'S ANGEL showed improved speed in a third-place finish. The lightly raced filly is taking a slight drop in price and continued improvement is expected. HAMAZING HONOR battled for 6 furlongs before fading to fourth in a useful route race, and she may be overlooked returning to a sprint distance. SUSPECT THE WORST lost a big lead inside the final furlong when second best, and she appears improved in blinkers.

6 Purse $24,000, 6 furlongs, fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up who have never won two races, claiming $10,000

**LUCKY BE A LADY contested the pace in a clear second-place finish when making her local debut, and top connections wheel her back at the same level. POINT STREAK was a decisive maiden winner just two races back, and she was probably best in a troubled second-place finish. KENNEDELL has been forwardly placed in two in-the-money finishes at the meeting, and trainer Karl Broberg has heated up over the past few weeks.

7 Purse $34,000, 6 furlongs, fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up, maiden claiming $30,000

**PEKA pressed a fast pace before tiring in a deceptive eighth-place finish, and she is dropping into a maiden-claimer and may lead past every pole. STORMY BRAY has a long series of good workouts leading up to her career debut, and trainer Norman McKnight wins at a high percentage with this kind. MY GIRL ROCKET has finished second in back-to-back races against slightly weaker. She was claimed by a winning stable and may surprise.

**THOUGHTLESS raced well at a higher class level this winter at Fair Grounds, and her good record at Oaklawn includes a tough-luck defeat in the 2018 Carousel. ALEX'S BOURBON finished third behind a very talented winner in the Spring Fever, and she may be closer to the lead in a race with less speed. ESTILO FEMENINO finished second in a pair of sprint stakes in 2018, and the likely pacesetter represents the leading stable.

****GOLDEN NOTION was beaten less than a length, while 5 lengths clear of third, in a promising career debut. He has looked good in subsequent breezes and is strictly the one to beat. FLATOUT WINNER showed grit and determination in a second-place debut at Fair Grounds, and he is a front-running threat if able to draw into the race. TUT'S REVENGE has finished third in both of his sprint races, and he did produce an improved figure wearing blinkers for the first time.

EXOTIC POSSIBILITIES

The first race starts a double, and Drip Brew and long-shot Genithelamborghini are my choices. Googleado and Big Guy Ian should cover the second race. The sixth race begins a 50-cent Pick-4, and a minimum of three horses need to be used. The seventh race drew a full field and is another race to spread in hopes of catching an upset winner. The eighth race is a three-horse race, and Golden Notion is a single in ninth.
