The Herb Zoom from Chef'n doesn't do anything a chef's knife in an experienced hand can't do, but it's definitely more fun to use and makes quick work of a pile of fresh herbs.
It features four ultra sharp circular blades in a plastic housing. Simply roll the blades across herbs to mince. The blades retract into the housing for storage and a door pops open for easy cleaning.
