2nd suspect held in Little Rock shooting, robbery

A Little Rock teen was arrested Wednesday after a man was shot in his torso during an armed robbery last week, court documents said.

Little Rock police officers responded on May 16 to a shooting call at Fair Oaks Apartments at 9600 W. 36th St., where they found a man who had been shot, according to court documents.

Avron "Chuck" Terrall Ward Britton, 17, was arrested Wednesday on charges of first-degree battery and aggravated robbery, according to a report.

Security camera footage showed DaQuarius L'Quan Henderson, 19, and three other men in the area of the shooting, according to an affidavit for Britton's arrest. Henderson was arrested Monday and identified the three other men in an interview with detectives, according to court documents.

The Police Department on Tuesday named Martez Nelson, 21, and Davin Allen, 19, as suspects in the shooting.

Neither was listed in the Pulaski County jail roster as of Tuesday evening.

Detained woman says shot a warning

An England woman was arrested Wednesday on accusations that she fired a shot toward a group of people who were arguing near a Pulaski County home, a report said.

Pulaski County sheriff's deputies arrested Amber Jaceil Farmer, 30, at 18609 Barnes Road on a charge of aggravated assault Wednesday, according to the report. Farmer told investigators some people were arguing at her home and she grabbed a shotgun for defense.

When the group moved across the street, Farmer followed and fired a warning shot toward a man, the report said. Farmer told investigators she fired the shot to scare them.

Farmer was in the Pulaski County jail without bail as of Thursday evening, according to the jail's roster.
