Fall Fest

SEARCY — Pioneer Village, 1200 Higginson St., will continue its annual Fall Fest from noon to 4 p.m. The original 19th-century buildings will be open, and there will be costumed characters throughout the Village. Activities will include square-dancing, live music, clogging and pioneer-craftsman demonstrations. The event will also feature vendors, food, live animals, pioneer games for children and Civil War re-enactors. Admission and parking are free, but donations will be accepted. Excel Veterans Car Show

CABOT — The 2019 Excel Ford’s Veterans Appreciation Day Car, Truck and Bike Show will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2040 W. Main St. Vehicles of all makes, models and years are welcome. Registration will be from 8-11 a.m. The entry fee is $20 for judged entries and $10 for display only. Awards will be given for the top 50 entries, as well as various special categories. Proceeds from the event will go to A Veteran’s Best Friend and Criswell-Robinson American Legion Post 71.

Holiday Bazaar

CHEROKEE VILLAGE — The United Methodist Women of Cherokee Village United Methodist Church, 21 Otter Drive, will have their annual Holiday Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The bazaar features baked goods and candies, Christmas decor, craft items, a silent auction and personalized Christmas ornaments. Coffee will be available from 9-10 a.m., and Santa will arrive at 10 a.m. A soup lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Proceeds will support local and state mission ministries. 4th Annual Thanksgiving Feast

POCAHONTAS — Davidsonville Historic State Park, 8047 Arkansas 166 S., will have its fourth annual Thanksgiving Feast on Nov. 16. Join Davidsonville Historic and Crowley’s Ridge State Park staff for an outdoor cooking class from 1-4 p.m., followed by the meal and cleanup from 4-5. Participants will learn how to use and care for Dutch ovens and cook a Thanksgiving meal, making each recipe from scratch. The workshop fee is $15 and includes a laminated cookbook.
