VIENNA BOYS CHOIR

The Vienna Boys Choir performs at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Ed Coulter Performing Arts Center, Vada Sheid Community Development Center, Arkansas State University-Mountain Home, 1600 S. The program, "Journey Through the Americas," includes classical, pop and folk music selections from countries throughout North, South and Central America, with a sprinkling of Austrian favorites. Black Violin — classically trained string players Wil B. (viola) and Kev Marcus (violin), with DJ SPS and drummer Nat Stokes — performs a blend of classical and hip-hop that they describe as "classical boom," 7 p.m. Friday at the Center for Humanities and Arts Theater, University of Arkansas-Pulaski Tech College, 3000 W. Singers Shannon Rookey, Christine Donahue, Sarah Stankiewicz Dailey, Kate Sain, Victoria Mantooth, LaSheena Gordon and Deidra Jones are among the "Divas in the Rock" paying tribute to the late legendary soprano for Opera in the Rock's Jessye Norman Memorial Recital, 4 p.m. Sunday in the sanctuary of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church, 4823 Woodlawn Drive, Little Rock.
