Susan Shore -- Multi-instrumentalist and singer/songwriter Susan Shore will perform at SixTwelve Coffeehouse and Bar in Fayetteville at 7 p.m. Sept. 14 as part of the Fayetteville Women's Concert Series. Option Magazine cited Shore's 1997 album "Book of Days" as one of the best folk/bluegrass albums of the year. A portion of the proceeds supports the nonprofit organization and health care reform initiative Bulldozer Health Inc.
House of Songs Songwriter Showcase -- International songwriting nonprofit House of Songs hosts their next Americana Fest Songwriter Summit Showcase at 7 p.m. Sept. 8 at The Bearded Goat in Fayetteville.
