She is the daughter of Noemi and Clarence Cash of Little Rock and the granddaughter of the late Remedios Capistrano, the late Mateo Capistrano, the late Fanny Cash and the late Clarence Walden Cash. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, with a bachelor's degree in nursing and Arkansas State University with a master's degree in nurse anesthesiology. She is a certified registered nurse anesthetist.
He is the son of Elizabeth Collinge of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, and John Cassin of London. His grandparents are Kathleen Collinge of Preston, England; the late Raymond Collinge, the late Ann Cassin and the late William Cassin. He has a law degree from London School of Economics and Political Science and is a lawyer.
