Home disturbance ends with arrest

North Little Rock police Monday afternoon arrested Destiny Anterica Jones, 19, of Little Rock on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental operations and disorderly conduct after she was involved in a disturbance with her sister, according to an arrest report.

When police arrived at a North Palm Street residence, officers asked Jones what had happened and she starting cursing at them, the arrest report said. She then got up and walked into the kitchen when she was commanded not to, police reported.

Jones did not appear on a roster of Pulaski County jail inmates as of Monday evening.

Freed NLR man lands back in jail

North Little Rock police Monday afternoon arrested Larry Dwayne Dollar, 61, of North Little Rock after they were dispatched to an Edwards Cash Saver store off Camp Robinson Road in reference to a man causing a disturbance, according to an arrest report.

Police discovered a man hiding in a bamboo patch near a Furniture Express store at 3817 Camp Robinson, and when approached the man identified himself, the report said.

Records revealed that Dollar had a probation revocation warrant out of Pulaski County for possession of a controlled substance and a search waiver on file, police said.

Court records show Dollar pleaded guilty to two felony charges of possession of drugs and paraphernalia and was sentenced to three years of probation, but it was revoked in February 2019 after he allegedly failed to report to his probation officer.

Dollar remained in the Pulaski County jail Monday evening, according to an online roster of inmates.
