Amelya Cook poured in a game-high 29 points to help the Lady Leopards earn a state tournament berth.
Alex Hill added 16 and Desi Deitrich 11 for Alpena (27-7), which led 33-18 at halftime.
Kingston 51, Western Yell County 35
Kingston enjoyed a 19-7 advantage in the third quarter to pull away for the victory and spot in the regional final.
Mellia Johnson led all scorers with 19 points for Kingston, while Libbie Johnson added 14. Renee Pittman also chipped in 12.
Lyndsey Gillespie led Western Yell County with nine.
The New School 54, Kingston 50
The Cougars held on to defeat Kingston for the fourth time this season to earn the win and a spot in next week's state tournament.
Chase Ammons and Ayden Barbour led The New School (35-1) with 14 points each. Tyson Barbour chipped in nine for the Cougars, who led 27-25 at halftime.
Daylih Davidson led Kingston with 11 and Avery Weaver chipped in 10.

Flippin 44, Eureka Springs 40
Leah Still scored 16 points and Allie Downs 15 to lead Flippin past Eureka Springs.
Shelby Little had 13 to lead Eureka Springs.
Boys
Flippin 61, Hector 41
Lance May scored 18 points to lead Flippin past Hector.
Devyn Payne and Brycen Baker added 12 points each for Flippin, which led 30-14 at halftime.
