United Bank announced that Tom Allen had become a member of the bank's board of directors.

BUSINESS

Randy Southerland, vice president and commercial loan officer for Arvest Bank, has joined the board of directors of the Arkansas Aerospace and Defense Alliance.

Snell Prosthetics & Orthotics announced that Rick Fleetwood, the company's chief executive officer, will retire effective Friday. Company owner Frank Snell will continue to serve as president and will assume the CEO position on Fleetwood's retirement.

Zack Baker of Conway has joined Alzheimer's Arkansas as the nonprofit's new development and marketing director.
