Earnings report

Companies reporting quarterly earnings Thursday included:

Grubhub Inc., the Chicago-based restaurant delivery company, a loss of $45 million, or 49 cents a share, down from a profit of $1.3 million, or a penny a share, a year ago. Revenue rose 41% to $459 million. Shares fell 88 cents to close at $70.20.

MGP Ingredients Inc., the Atchison, Kan.-based distiller and food ingredients producer, a profit of $8.49 million, or 50 cents a share, from $7.91 million, or 46 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was $92.6 million. Shares fell $2.30 to close at $36.50.

Tennant Co., the Minneapolis-based maker of products for cleaning floors, parking lots and hospitals, a profit of $14.3 million, or 77 cents a share, from $14.8 million, or 81 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was $214 million. Shares fell $3.15 to close at $66.46.

Travelzoo, the global media commerce company, a loss of $6.2 million, or 55 cents a share, from a profit of $1.3 million, or 11 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was $7 million. Shares rose 40 cents to close at $6.28.
