Noncritical violations: Inside the container with green beans and in container with rice there are bowls. Cardboard box with packaged macaroni and cheese is stored in contact with the floor in walk-in cooler. Several utensils used to store ready-to-eat food are broken. Door (rubber seals) of small prep table (salad uses) and door freezer (fry area) are not in good condition. Surfaces of shelves in walk-in cooler are not clean.
