A 74-year-old Green Forest woman died Wednesday when she stepped into the path of an oncoming car in Carroll County, according to an Arkansas State Police report.
Linda R. Bloomquist crossed in front of a southbound 2003 Toyota on Arkansas 103 in Oak Grove at about 5:25 p.m. and was struck and killed, the report said.
Road conditions were clear and dry at the time of the incident.
