Noncritical violations: Several containers of food stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Door handles on the three-door, upright refrigerator and the wok preparation refrigerator have a build up of food and debris on the underside.

Meat and lettuce and sauce on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Can opener not clean on the prep table. Red sauce and pasta in small hot hold at 112 degrees and 116 degrees (respectively) for no more than four hours max. Meatballs and chicken ready-to-eat food found in fridge uncovered and not date marked. Phones, keys and ear phones on food contact surfaces. Test strips not being used.

Unopened package in walk-in with the same date. Spray bottle under dish machine not labeled with contents.
