North Little Rock police arrested Marques Gay, 22, of Little Rock in a residential break-in Friday night, according to a report.
Officers were called about 10:40 p.m. to the 300 block of Boggs Street where they reported seeing Gay in the doorway holding a firearm, the report said.
He then was arrested, the report said.
The homeowner said Gay arrived at the residence to see his 1-year-old child who lives there, but was denied entry, according to the report.
Gay then kicked in the door and threatened to kill all five people in the home at the time, the report said.
Gay was taken to the Pulaski County jail where he was being held without bail.
He is charged with felony aggravated residential burglary, five felony counts of terroristic threatening and felony possession of a firearm by certain persons.
