4th Judicial District Drug Task Force
• Danial Batres-Cruz, 22, of 4135 N. Beech Creek Way in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drugs with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm. Batres-Cruz was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
Elkins
• Zachary Wesson, 26, of 16161 Sycamore Lane in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault and committing a terroristic act. Wesson was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Rick Chase, 27, of 555 Elk Ave. in Elkins was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault and committing a terroristic act. Chase was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
Fayetteville
• John Compton, 33, of 2482 W. Vassar St. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault. Compton was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
• Dylan Huck, 26, of Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with stalking, harassment and terroristic threatening. Huck was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
Springdale
• Crystal Worley, 43, of 2544 Madison County 7610 in Hindsville was arrested Tuesday in connection with forgery and theft of property.Worley was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.
