Siloam Springs 54, Greenbrier 50

The Siloam Springs girls basketball team picked up a 5A-West Conference road at Greenbrier on Friday night.

Leading 51-44 with a little more than a minute remaining, Siloam Springs missed six straight free throws and Greenbrier cut the deficit to 51-50 in the final seconds.

But Siloam Springs (10-3, 2-1) got a defensive stop and Sydney Moorman hit two free throws to get the lead back to 53-50. Brooke Smith was fouled with no time remaining and she hit one more free throw to set the final score.

Siloam Springs trailed 10-9 after the first quarter and 28-25 at halftime. Siloam Springs rallied to take a 41-39 lead going into the fourth quarter.

Smith led Siloam Springs with 17 points, 13 of which came in the second half. Brooke Ross scored 11 of her 15 points in the first half. Mimo Jacklik added nine points on three 3-pointers.

Kylie Griffin led Greenbrier (11-3, 1-2) with 14 points, while Riley Myatt had 10.

Harrison 68, Berryville 46

Mariah Hudson hit six 3-pointers and finished with 22 points as unbeaten Harrison continued its winning ways with a 4A-1 Conference win over Berryville.

Clare Barger added 17 points and Alex Hill had 7 points and 11 assists for Harrison (10-0, 4-0), which went on a 24-8 run in the second quarter and turned a six-point lead into a 44-22 halftime cushion.

Lilli Compton had 15 points for Berryville (3-5, 0-2), while Lauren Compton and Hannah Youngblood each added 10.

Gravette 60, Prairie Grove 29

Gravette outscored Prairie Grove 38-15 in the second half and pulled away for a 4A-1 Conference victory at Gravette.

The Lady Lions (9-3, 2-1) led 22-14 at halftime, then blew the game open when they outscored Prairie Grove 16-6 in the third quarter and 22-9 in the fourth quarter.

Shylee Morrison had 24 points and was the only Gravette player in double figures. Trinity Dobbs had 17 points for Prairie Grove (6-8, 1-4).

Pea Ridge 54, Gentry 45

Pea Ridge went on a 16-3 run in the second quarter, then held off Gentry to remain unbeaten in 4A-1 Conference play.

The outburst allowed the Lady Blackhawks (14-2, 5-0) turn to a one-point lead into a 26-12 halftime lead, then Pea Ridge led 41-28 after three quarters

Blakelee Winn led Pea Ridge with 16 points while Aidan Dayberry added 13. Alyssa McCarter had 17 points for Gentry (3-6, 0-4), while Jaiden Wilmoth chipped in 11.

Valley Springs 55, Green Forest 25

Maura Moore had 12 points to lead three Valley Springs players in double figures as the Lady Tigers defeated Green Forest in 3A-1 Conference play.

Moore also had seven assists, five rebounds and four assists for Valley Springs (16-5, 4-1), which jumped out to a 20-3 lead in the first quarter and led 31-9 at halftime.

Whitney Coffelt and Karyce Flud each added 10 points for the Lady Tigers while Haylie Fry missed a double-double with 9 points and 10 rebounds. Maddie Youngblood led Green Forest (6-8, 1-2) with 13 points.

Valley Springs 48, West Fork 33

Whitney Coffelt hit seven 3-pointers in the first half and led Valley Springs to a 3A-1 Conference win Thursday at West Fork.

Coffelt finished with 21 points for the Lady Tigers, who led 32-29 at halftime before they held West Fork to just four-second-half points.

Booneville 50, Paris 45

Karmen Kent had 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds Friday as Booneville erased a nine-point deficit with a win over the Paris Lady Eagles.

Leigh Swint had 10 points, five assists and five steals for the LadyCats (9-4, 4-2). Joleigh Tage had eight points and 10 boards.

Jadyn Hart and Jacee Hart led Paris (7-8, 2-4) with 22 and nine points, respectively.

Ozark 40, Dardanelle 26

Ozark shot out to a comfortable lead and coasted to an easy win over Dardanelle.

Sophomore Briley Burns led Ozark (12-4, 3-1) with 11 points. The Lady Sand Lizards (1-13, 0-5) have lost eight straight.

Magazine 54, Future School 46

Kiara Vasquez and Kylie Robinson combined for 39 points and 13 rebounds Friday to power Magazine to a win over Future School.

The Lady Rockets momentarily cut a 23-point deficit to three before Magazine (7-5, 4-2) was able to pull away. Raymie Davis and Jordyn Krigbaum finished with seven and six points, respectively, for the winners.

Danville 44, Charleston 36

The Danville Lady Little Johns kept their stronghold on the 3A-4 with a win over Charleston Friday.

Brooke Groen had 13 points to lead the Lady Tigers (5-5, 3-2). Addison Newhart and Rylee Ross finished with nine and eight, respectively.

Cedarville 54, Life Way Christian 34

Katie McBroom scored 14 points and the streaking Cedarville Lady Pirates rolled past Lifeway Christian to run their overall record to 11-2.

MaKayla Pearcy and McKenzie Marion led all scorers with 15 points each to pace the winners (11-2, 3-1).

Cedarville travels to Cossatot River Tuesday.

Mansfield 59, JC Westside 23

Makayla Strutton scored 21 points Friday in Mansfield's blowout of Johnson County Westside in 2A-4 play.

Danielle Little finished with 13 points for the winners (13-3, 7-0).

Natalie Allison, Brooke Wright and Chloe Creekmore added six points each. Sarah Fisher added three, and Skylynn Harris and Kiara Thomas had two each.

Mulberry 26, County Line 23

Kaylee Whitson scored 7 points for the Lady Indians in a loss to Mulberry on Friday.

County Line fell to 5-10 overall and 3-1 in 1A-1 West Conference action.

Ozark Catholic 33, The New School 27

Zariah Salley scored 10 points for The New School on Friday in a loss to Ozark Catholic.

BOYS

Berryville 58, Harrison 54 (OT)

J.D. Smith had 16 points to lead three Berryville players in double figures as the Bobcats outscored Harrison 10-6 in overtime and remained unbeaten in 4A-1 Conference play.

Landon Chester added 13 points and Weston Teague 10 for Berryville (13-2, 3-0), which flipped a 26-23 halftime deficit into a 38-35 lead after three quarters. Harrison (1-7, 1-3), however, outscored the Bobcats 13-10 in the fourth quarter and forced overtime.

Ethan Edwards had 15 points to lead the Goblins, followed by Gatlin James with 11 while Logan Plumlee and Abe Glidewell each chipped in 10.

Prairie Grove 42, Gravette 39

Prairie Grove handed Gravette its first loss in 4A-1 Conference play with a win at Gravette.

The Tigers (7-6, 4-1) led 18-14 at halftime and 28-25 after three quarters.

Sloan Smith had 17 points to lead Prairie Grove, followed by Landon Semrade with 12. Tristan Batie led Gravette (11-4, 3-1) with 19 points.

Pea Ridge 58, Gentry 23

Pea Ridge jumped out to a 17-5 lead in the first quarter and cruised to a 4A-1 Conference win at home over Gentry.

Malik Brewer had 11 points and was the only player in double figures for Pea Ridge (5-7, 2-2), which held a commanding 37-8 halftime cushion.

Bergman 81, West Fork 56

Walker Patton had 30 points as Bergman posted a 3A-1 Conference win at West Fork.

The Panthers (19-4, 5-0) outscored West Fork 29-15 in the second quarter and turned a two-point deficit into a 50-38 halftime lead. Bergman extended that lead to a 68-45 margin after three quarters.

Asher Fultz added 19 points and Anthony Hodge had 11 points and 7 rebounds for Bergman.

Elkins 67, Lincoln 51

Kain Johnson had 26 points to lead Elkins to a 3A-1 Conference victory at Lincoln.

Elkins (6-5, 1-2) led 27-19 at halftime, then outscored Lincoln (8-8, 3-2) 23-13 in the fourth quarter to seal the victory after the Wolves had pulled within 44-38 after three quarters.

Josh Allan added 17 points and Braedon Welch 13 for Elkins. Weston Massey had 18 points to lead a trio of Lincoln players in double figures, followed by Dayton Davis with 11 and Elijah Rich with 10.

Valley Springs 48, Green Forest 44

Hunter Reese hit four 3-pointers in the fourth quarter as Valley Springs rallied to defeat Green Forest in 3A-1 Conference action.

Green Forest (7-9, 1-3) led 22-21 at halftime and 32-30 after three quarters before Valley Springs (15-5, 4-1) outscored the Tigers 18-12 in the fourth quarter.

Reese finished with 15 points to lead Valley Springs, while Trell Trammell and Colby Ketchum added 11 points each. Daniel McDonald led Green Forest with 23 points.

Charleston 69, Danville 42

Brandon Scott had 28 points to lead Charleston to a 3A-4 Conference win over Danville.

Brevyn Ketter added 14 for the Tigers, who improved to 4-1 in league play as they outscored Danville 26-15 in the second quarter and turned a three-point lead into a 41-27 halftime cushion. Charleston then put the game away with an 18-8 third-quarter run.

Clarksville 71, Shiloh Christian 56

Owen Ashlock had a double-double with 23 points and 17 rebounds to lead Clarksville to a home nonconference win over Shiloh Christian.

Cody Qualls added 16 for the Panthers, who outscored the Saints 23-14 in the second quarter and turned a three-point lead into a 38-26 halftime cushion. John Case chipped in 15 for Clarksville.

Mountainburg 58, Acorn 39

Ethan Gregory scored 18 points to lead Mountainburg over Acorn.

The win pulled Mountainburg (13-3, 5-1) into a three-way tie for first place in the 2A-4 Conference with Acorn and Lavaca.

Waylon Cluck added 14 points and Jodin Davidson 12 for the Dragons.

The New School 62, Ozark Catholic 42

The Cougars got off to a slow start, but got going and rolled to the 1A-1 Conference win on Friday.

Ozark Catholic scored the first seven points of the game, but The New School (25-3, 7-1) bounced back to grab a 30-14 halftime lead and never looked back.

Evan Goldman led the Cougars with 19 points, while Will Sturner and Gunner Husnein added 12 each. Quentin McNeal also chipped in 11.

Greenbrier 62, Siloam Springs 50

Landon Ward scored 31 points, but the Siloam Springs boys dropped their third straight 5A-West Conference loss on Friday.

Siloam Springs (6-9, 1-3) led 18-12 after the first quarter, but Greenbrier (4-9, 2-2) rallied to take a 30-27 lead at halftime. Greenbrier extended its lead to 39-33 going into the fourth quarter.

Dalton Newman added eight points for Siloam Springs, while Jackson Ford had five, Nate Vachon three, Nick Gray two and Will Gryder one.

Nathan Barrentine led a balanced scoring effort with 17 points, while Josh Robinson had 12, Jacob Matthis and Rece Jones 11 and Jack Runsick nine.

Valley Springs 61, West Fork 30

Hunter Reese hit six 3-pointers and finished with 20 points to lead Valley Springs to a 3A-1 Conference win Thursday night at West Fork.

Colby Ketchum added 18 points and Trell Trammell 13 for the Tigers, who connected from beyond the 3-point line 11 times. Valley Springs led 14-5 after one quarter then outscored West Fork 22-11 for a 36-16 halftime cushion.

Waldron 56, Hackett 28

Gada Wagner scored 16 points Friday to power Waldron into sole possession in the 3A-4.

Isaac Villerreal and Braden Williams combined for 15 as the Bulldogs (13-5, 5-1) built a 49-19 lead after three quarters. Waldron held Hackett to 31 percent shooting from the field.

Austin Cowell and Cash Oliver led the Hornets with 11 and 10 points, respectively.

Booneville 56, Paris 45

Austin Hill and Jacob Herrera combined for 29 points to power Booneville to a win over Paris.

Hill led the balanced attack with 15 points. C.J. Johnson contributed 12 for the Bearcats (10-1, 4-1).

Sam Muldrow and Jesse Wells finished with 17 and 12 points, respectively, for the Eagles (7-8,

Mountainburg 58, Acorn 39

Mountainburg won a statement game with upstart Acorn Friday in the 2A-4.

Ethan Gregory and Waylon Cluck had 18 and 14 points, respectively, to lead the Dragons. Jodin Davidson added 12 for the winners (13-3, 5-1). Sam Ortlieb finished with eight.

Acorn dropped to 13-3, 5-1.

Dardanelle 35, Ozark 25

Marteez Jackson scored eight of his team-high 10 points in the fourth quarter to help lead Dardanelle to a 4A-4 win over Ozark.

The Sand Lizards (14-1, 4-1) have won eight straight since a Dec. 14 loss to Morrilton. Dardanelle led 17-11 at the half.

Garrett Schaffer led the Hillbillies (12-3, 3-1) with 12 points.

Cedarville 61, Life Way Christian 48

Austin and Dylan Cluck combined for 27 points Friday to pace Cedarville to a nonconference win over Life Way Christian.

Austin Cluck had 16 for the winners (7-7). Darryl Kattich finished with 10. The Cedarville big three didn't play in the fourth quarter.

Preston Green and Anthony Potter had 13 apiece for the Warriors (4-12).

Magazine 55, Future School 50

Cam Raggio scored 21 points and had four blocks and four rebounds to help lead Magazine to a win over Future School Friday.

Brady Watson added 14 points and pulled down 14 rebounds for the Rattlers (5-6, 3-3). Tatum Scott finished with nine points.

Craig McDowell led Future School with 12 points and 15 rebounds.
